In the app (fastest)
Open Capzax, go to Profile and tap “Delete account”. Confirm, and your account is deleted from our server right away.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, write to us from the recovery email address linked to your account and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.
If you never added a recovery email, your account is anonymous and we cannot tell which one is yours. Delete it in the app if you can; otherwise uninstalling the app and not using it again is all that is needed.
What is deleted
Your account record on our server: the random account ID, your plan and usage, your recovery email if you added one, and the device tokens.
We never receive your videos, captions or projects. They are only on your phone, so they are not affected. Uninstalling the app removes them from the phone.
What is not deleted
If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in the app store separately. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Messages you sent through the contact form are kept as long as needed to answer you, and you can ask us to delete those too.
